GROVE JU-JITSU CLUB

The martial art of Ju-Jitsu traces it's roots back over 2000 years to it's origins in China & Japan. Throughout it's long history, it has constantly evolved and adapted to cope with the changing developments in society. The system we practice is Kaizen Ju-Jitsu. This is a self-defence based, progressive form of Ju-Jitsu incorporating elements of Japanese Judo, Grappling & Thai-Boxing.

The club runs on Tuesday evenings & offers sessions for both children & adults.. The adult session caters for the 16 – 60+ yrs age group and runs on Wednesday evenings from 7:30 – 9.00 pm .

Mat Monkeys cater for children aged 7 until they leave Primary school.

Young Grapplers cater for age group 11 - 15.
